Cam Ly's real name is Tran Thi Cam Ly born on 30/03/1970 is a Vietnamese female singer of light music, lyrical music, music with folk and young music. Cam Ly - native in Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh. She is the third child (so often referred to by the fans as the Southern Methodist) in a family of six siblings, in which two sisters Ha Phuong and Minh Tuyet are also singers (currently are residing abroad). In 2004, she married musician Minh Vy (real name Doan Huu Minh). Currently Cam Ly has two daughters, Cam Uyen (2005, commonly known as Rabbit) and Cam Anh (2008, commonly known as La). From small, Cam Ly sisters have expressed their singing talents. In 1993, Cam Ly and Minh Tuyet went to sing and also that same year she and her brother won the first prize duet by the Hoa Binh Theater organization. After this event, Cam Ly started his professional singing career when he decided to join Kim Loi Studio, a recording studio of his time. In 1997, Minh Tuyet to study in the United States, Cam Ly must stop singing for a time due to health reasons.
