As a user, you can create a unique URL for yourself that you can share on social and various other media. You can receive anonymous feedback from anyone, so that you can use it to constructively change the pointed out aspects.

As Admin, you can choose to auto-approve of manually approve only people who belong by email ids. When users sign up, they will be listed in your admin panel for you to approve. This way, you can approve the people who have signed up with your official email ids.
