DropIn is a remote video inspection platform servicing the insurance industry.

Using our desktop platform, an insurance professional enters in the address of their claim. Then, the closest Droperator is notified via a pop-up on their smartphone. The Droperator then accepts the assignment and deploys to the location. When the Droperator is within 100 feet of the destination, the screen changes to “launch” letting them know they can start recording. The Droperator is able to communicate with the insurance professional and capture all requested photos and video of the damaged property.

NOTE: This app makes use of background GPS services. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
