Full Option Locator is designed by Janashakthi Insurance PLC to identify your location in the event of an accident or emergency to assist you.

This App is integrated with Janashakthi Insurance PLC Full Option Geography Information System which enables to locate where you are in the event of an accident or other emergency just at the flip of a button.

Anyone with a Smart/Android phone could submit the location and there is no activation of the Data Package (Internet) is required as this App will connect us through a SMS gateway.

However, enabling the GPS would help to get much accurate information of your location.

This App is especially designed for motorists but would enable us to locate your whereabouts in other emergencies as well and to contact and assist you.

For motorist; in case of an accident or emergency; only what you need to do is, just enter your vehicle number (can be entered with any formats. Eg : WP SS-1234, WPSS1234, SS-1234, SS1234, SS 1234 etc) in the area provided to enter “Vehicle No / Reference” and tap “Report Now”. One of our representatives will contact you within a few minutes.

Someone who needs assistance in any other emergency could enter his/her name and tap “Report Now” and one of our representatives will contact him/her.

You also can call our hotline to report the accident/ emergency and submit the code given by one of our representatives to locate where you are.

This App also provide you a guideline with things to do in the event of an motor accident.

Further, you have been provided with very important contact numbers which you could dial through this App itself.

You can findout the important places such as Janashakthi Branches, Police Stations, Hospitals, Garages, Emission Testing Centres, Fire Services etc closer to you and district-wise. Activation of the Data Package (Internet) is required for this service.

This App can be used in Tabs as well, but the “voice” contactability will depend on compatibility of the Tab.
