Cases given to you by Digimon who want you to retreive a Medal (precious item) that they have lost. You accept the quest, go to the Location mentioned, talk to the Digimon that gave you the case, and then look for a bright, shiny spot in that location that indicates the Item. If it doesn't say "Someone's Property" continue looking until you find the right on. Retrieve it and return it to the waiting Digimon. Then, return to the Case Board at the Investigation Office to collect your reward and close the case.
