Added a new "Open Folder" feature to play all files in a folder.
Added support for Storage Access Framework. This will enable access to the SD card on Android 11.
Partial fix for web streams on Android 10+. Some sites will work, some won't.
Added an option to show the recenter warning in the center of the view instead of at the bottom.
