Jbak App Director will help you with installed applications. You will get the most detailed information about the applications, tools for management and settings, and also can see their contents.

Сlick on any application list opens menu with full set of functions. Here you can launch app, see it properties, visit app page on Google Play. For Android 6.x and above, there are additional items for setting some permissions.
