Revisions:
- Fixed keyboard position issues on devices with gesture navigation bar (Thanks to Christoph!)
- EKP: Width corrected for floating keyboards (Thanks to Thomas!)
- ETP: Code block input fields are now displayed even without starting the designer (Thanks to Ralf!)
- Fixed an issue where the keyboard was sometimes too narrow after starting the app
