Using this App, field adjusters, appraisers, contractors, remediation and other field professionals are able to capture visual loss documentation in video, audio, and pictures. Best of all, the files are transferred automatically without any error prone uploads or submits.

The data captured by this App is delivered to Livegenic Enterprise Portal for viewing, collaboration, information management, archival, and reporting and notifies all parties when the artifacts arrive, so the claims process can proceed in a smooth and timely fashion.

- Videos and pictures recorded by Livegenic Pro in an Offline Mode are recorded on a device and are automatically synchronized in the background.

- App consumes data bandwidth. Turn off synchronization to disable data transfer until you desire to proceed.

- The App helps conserve storage space by automatically removing recorded files after synchronization is completed.
