Momentum is your personal trainer helping to track you’re cycling, running or walking workouts. Track your runs, walks, and bike rides real-time using the GPS location in your Android Phone. Record distance, duration, speed, and calories burned to improve your workout routines and to ultimately improve your health.
Momentum also keeps a historical log of each of your routines so you can see how your workouts are improving or when you need to work harder. You can even track your heart rate when an external heart rate monitoring device is paired with your phone using Bluetooth.
It’s easy to use. Begin by simply entering your personal User Data the first time you open the app. The User Data is stored but can be easily updated, choose your workout type and tap "start".

- Calculate running pace, cycling speed, route distance, elevation and calorie burn in real time
- Find and follow pre-planned routes and map your run, bike ride or walk on the go.
- Set Momentum to Auto Pause, so your workout pauses when you need to take a break or stop at a stoplight.
- Pair an external device to your phone using Bluetooth to measure heart rate or cycling cadence during a workout.
