일반 시민이 시민 관련 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 지원하는 앱입니다. 이 앱은 시민 기관의 범위 내에 있는 거의 모든 영역을 포괄하도록 고안되었습니다. 이 앱은 도시의 요구에 따라 개발되었으며 Shimla를 스마트 시티로 만드는 데 한 걸음 더 나아갈 것으로 예상됩니다. 전자서비스, 고충처리, 간편결제(쓰레기요금 고지서, 수도요금 고지서, 전기요금 고지서, 재산세)를 처리할 수 있는 시설이 있습니다.

An app to enable the average citizen to get across any civic related issue. This app is meant to cover almost all areas that are within the ambit of the civic agency. The app has been developed according to the city’s needs and is supposed to be a step towards making Shimla a smart city. There are facilities for e-services, grievance, quick pay (Garbage Bill, Water Bill, Electricity Bill and Property Tax).
