When your patients want to consult a doctor, they can book appointments with you or initiate an online consultation with you in real-time. You will get notified in your app, and you can respond through the app.

And when you are not online, they can book an appointment with you and a notification will come to you in your OyeHelp Doctor app.

When your patients consult with you online, then your privacy is maintained as your phone number is not shared with the patients, nor is your email ID or Skype ID. Video calling and Chat do not require installation of any new software. All these features come built in to your OyeHelp Doctor app. When you do not have internet connectivity, you can still provide Phone consultation through OyeHelp since that does not use Internet at all.

How to use the OyeHelp Doctor App:

• If you are already registered as a doctor with OyeHelp, simply download the OyeHelp Doctor App and Login with your email id and password to get started

• View your upcoming appointments, or use the “Filter” to view completed, canceled, or expired appointments as well. You can also view previous appointments by clicking on “Go to Date”

• You can Accept, Reject or Reschedule a requested appointment

• If a patient has attached a report or image while requesting the appointment, you can view that through your app

• Click on “Patients” to invite patients to consult with you. Your OyeHelp app link or web link will be sent to the patient

• Use the Left Drawer Menu to make yourself appear ONLINE to OFFLINE to your patients. When you are ONLINE, patients can consult with you instantly. When you are OFFLINE, patients can book appointments with you.
