Parfait is a frozen dessert. Base ingredients are sugar and cream. It is a layered dessert served in a tall glass. Layers are parfait cream, ice cream, nuts, fresh fruits, yogurts and much more options are possible. You can layer the parfaits with a fruit of your choice, either whipped cream or a healthy yogurt, nuts or chocolate crunches etc.
