Q-entas accounting app

This is an accountancy tool that enables you to keep and maintain a clear database of your expenditures and budgeting consistently and easily.

Keep track of everything that goes out as well as what comes in. You don't need to be an accountant in order to use this app.

Generating reports:

You can define your own types and projects and generate reports on the flow just by choosing the start and end date along with the type of movement “IN” or “OUT”.

Once a report is generated you either move into the past or onto the future generating a report using the same time's scope as a reference just by swiping right for the future or left for the past.

Editing invoices:

Simply tap and hold on the invoice to be edited while on the reports session, then edit as you see fit and tap on the upper right check button when done.

Email Backup

Fill in the required the required fields such an email address and the range in time you want your backup to be saved. Press on the send email backup button.

Note that in order to use this feature you need to have an email setup on your android device otherwise it won't work.

You may also want to just save the backup as a draft or copy and paste the retrieved data if you want to convert it into excel format using one of the numerous tools available online for that purpose, just search “Json to excel online” and you will find plenty of them.

Restore backup

In order to use this feature you need to host the backup file in a web server. Simply provide the url on the Json invoices's field and tap on the edit button.

You can also bulk import projects and types just by following the same procedure and formating your categories or types as follows in a single file each:

For projects:
