Support for New Mums App

Postnatal Support Application is an innovative smartphone application that would new mothers who have just given birth. There are interactive tools such as journal to which you could log down life events as well as a photo feature that could help you track your baby's growth. In addition, there are tips to help you manage your baby. One of the stressors of becoming a new mother is adjusting to changes and learning how to cope, and tips for this will be found in the application as well. There are questionnaires you could take periodically to measure your mental health wellness and your quality of life.

The conceptualisation of this application is done by (c) 2015 Melvyn WB Zhang & Roger CM Ho in conjunction with the University of Newcastle School of Nursing.
