Introduction:

Surah Yaseen is the 36th Surah of the Quran. It has 5 Rukus and 83 Ayaats. The meaning of word Yaseen is unknown.

It is a Makki Surah, as this Surah was revealed to the Holy Prophet (S.A.W), when He (S.A.W) was in Makkah.

This Surah is also known as the heart of the Quran. For sure, every Surah even every verse of the Quran is very important and has deep meanings inside. But, everyone knows the importance of the heart in the life.

Surah Yaseen is Meccan Surah, although verse of 12 is from Madini era. There are 114 Surahs in the Holy Quran.

The heart of Holy Quran is Surah Yaseen. By the name of Surah, it is clear that Surah Yaseen is the most important Surah in Holy Quran just as a heart in the human body. If you recite this Surah, you will get many benefits in return. In this post, I am going to share with you benefits of Surah Yaseen.

Surah Yaseen is the Heart of Quran:

No doubt, everything has a heart. Quran also have a heart. It has been suggested that the heart of the Glorious Quran is Surah Yaseen. Holy Prophet (S.A.W) said: Surah Yaseen is a heart of Quran, One who recite it for the assent of Allah and the betterment of Resurrection, Allah pardoned him surely.

No one knows the meaning of word Yaseen, but Allah. This most reverend Surah of Holy Quran has a reward for the one who recites it. Muslims love to learn this reverend Surah by heart. Here are some benefits of Surah Yasin if you make recitation of Surah Yaseen a part of your routine.

Main Themes of Surah Yaseen:

All the main themes of Quran come in this Surah. This Yaseen Surah is divided into three sections and these sections are the main theme of the Surah.

These are the main themes of Surah Yaseen:

The Surah Yasin has mainly three basic themes which are Tawheed, Risalat and the reality of Akhirat.

• Tawheed:

As it is the belief of every Muslim that there is only one God. Allah has all the power, which no one has. He has the Ultimate powers.

So, this Surah very beautifully explains the oneness of God by explaining different signs of nature. There are also warnings for the nonbelievers in the Surah.

• Risalat:

The Holy Prophet (S.A.W) is the Messenger of God. He conveyed the message of God to the entire world. All Muslims believe in the Holy Prophet (S.A.W) and try to follow the teachings of Holy Prophet (S.A.W).

In this Surah, there are warnings to the people who do not believe in Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) legitimacy.

This Surah explains that the Prophet (S.A.W) is true Messenger sent to guide the Muslims on a straight path, with a revelation from the Allah.

• Akhirat:

One of the main themes in the Surah Yaseen is to believe in hereafter. This Surah explains the non-believers that how Allah will again alive the people on the final day. It explains that God has Supreme and Ultimate powers.

The Day of Judgment or Aakhirat is the reality. This Surah explains sovereignty and powers of Allah.
