You can eat whatever you want during the first eight hours of the day.

This new and original choice to lose weight quickly is one of the hits of 2016 as far as diet is concerned. This formula, created by David Zinczenko, editor of the revista Men's Health, is super simple, easy, cheap, very effective and allows people to eat whatever they like. Can you believe it? Pay attention.

WHAT IS IT?

This way of eating is based on the "Theory of fasting", which indicates that this would be an excellent habit for optimal functioning of the body.

The diet in question is basically eating what you want during the first eight hours of the day,starting to count from the moment you wake up, regardless of the precise schedule. The remaining 16 hours are fasting (note that about half of them we spend them sleeping).

During the fasting period, which is allowed only to drink water, the body will take the energy from food that has been eating during the hours allowed, thereby accelerating metabolism.

As it is indicated by Zinczenko with this regime you may lose up to 4 kilos in a week, without the need to deprive yourself what you love to eat.

TIPS

There are some key suggestions when addressing the diet of eight hours. Take notes.

1. It is recommended to start performing it for three days, no more than that, on a trial basis. As you are achieving the objective add one day at a time until you complete the entire week.

2. When you wake up in the morning, and before eating anything, it is important to drink a large glass of water and go jogging or walking for at least eight minutes. This is essential to activate metabolism. In addition, if you have done diets before, you will know the role that wáter has. If you drink about eight glasses a day, it will help to eliminate toxins and fluids.

3. It is recommended to take 8 daily "Super Foods" (Fat Burner and healthy), which promote a healthy and balanced diet.

- Burn-fat: protein (eggs and lean meats), milk low in fat and sugar (light cheeses and yogurt or skim milk), and seeds and grains (lentils, cereals, beans, peas, etc.).

- Healthy: fruits and vegetables.

4. My advice? As far as possible, try to avoid refined carbohydrates such as sugar, bread, and pasta. If you really need to eat some of these, then try to combine them with energy foods such as the aforementioned.

- Alcoholic and sugary drinks are strictly prohibited.
