Tiny houses, small portable building made into homes, are popular. "Small spaces allow for a small budget!",

Tiny houses are all the rave. It appears that the truest "Tiny house" comes with wheels that roll on down the highway, or skids allowing for placement first, with the easy-to-move option. Personally, if I buy a house on wheels it will be a camper.

The idea of building and living in a tiny home does appeal to me. Does it appeal to you? The appeal is spreading far and wide. For a lot of reasons, the young and old are opting for more affordable home ownership.

Do your research and spend time making your decision. Most people can be easily sold, don't be one of those people. Home ownership is a serious investment. You need all your eggs in a basket, all the facts gathered, so as to make a quality decision. The popularity of tiny houses makes is apparent. Don't be sold quickly.

If you choose to place your home on solid ground, the skids allow for easy moving later. Your building is truly portable. A small structure sets the pace for small utility bills and maintenance. For today's busy population, for a lot of reasons, we spend more time at work and school or out of the house than we do inside the house.
