The TOYOTA Visual Support App allows technical support agents and product specialists to see what you see by utilizing the camera in your internet connected smart device.
To use this application you must be invited via SMS or email by a TOYOTA support agent to start the interaction.
To start the initial visual interaction you have to download the application to your device. Then return to the SMS or email message that contains the link to start the video interaction session. Future visual support sessions can immediately be initiated by selecting the link in the SMS or email message and the TOYOTA Visual Support App will automatically launch on your device.
During the support session you can leverage advanced capabilities such as:
• HD Audio
• Live remote pointer
• 2-way drawing and annotations
• Pause video, take snapshots and save pictures
• Remote device picture gallery sharing
• Agent desktop or file sharing
The app does not allow the remote agent to access any data stored on your device.
