Future visual support sessions can immediately be initiated by selecting the link in the SMS or email message and the TOYOTA Visual Support App will automatically launch on your device.
During the support session you can leverage advanced capabilities such as:
• HD Audio
• Live remote pointer
• 2-way drawing and annotations
• Pause video, take snapshots and save pictures
• Remote device picture gallery sharing
• Agent desktop or file sharing
The app does not allow the remote agent to access any data stored on your device.
