Personalized Daily Goal: All of us are unique! Trago personalizes your hydration each day based on your body type, local weather, and activity level. Trago adjusts your daily goal in real-time based on changes in the weather, or changes in activity.

Pacing Throughout The Day: Trago doesn't just give you a daily goal, we pace you throughout the day. Hydration is a 24 hour per day exercise and it's important to pace your consumption over the entire day. Trago splits your day into morning, afternoon and evening goals, and ensures you're getting what you need, when you need it! You can also manually adjust your goal easily in the app.

Groups: The Trago app also allows you to monitor and keep track of your family, friends, and teammates' hydration. Anyone can create a group, and monitor fluid consumption of others. Coaches can use this with teams, parents with children, and personal trainers with clients.

Hydration History: Track and view your hydration over time. Trago allows you to view your hydration history for every day, week and month you've used your Trago Hydration System.
