+ Update to new Google User Protection Policies for Android 14.
Release V3.71 features:
+ Hedges can now be plotted as lines, with a canopy based on the recorded crown radius.
+ Added new survey fields for fungi, pests and diseases.
+ Added additional survey fields for Physiological and Structural Conditions.
+ The crown spread can now be recorded EITHER as a single average value OR the 4 separate values for N/E/S/W.
