This adds a feature to pick a place to eat for the user. Added an announcements page for the city to show info that the users might like to see. This update also adds a feeds page where the user can add an image and description. This adds the ability to show an announcement above the rows for that list of items. Adds To-Go ordering feature.This fixes a couple major bugs with the app, this adds logic so the app will be more responsive and will react faster for the user.
