Attention to spinning screen problem affecting some devices

Open previously used map at start
Hold down user name to reposition
Error reporting (from API)
Check for POIs after activating
Use app folder if sdcard/download doesnt exist - this applies for POIs, maps and OL.fix
More error checking (if email, gmaps etc are not installed)
