Wing Chun Technique

😀😀 Wing chun focuses on the attack at the midpoint, then the blow to the wingchun tends to be a straight punch. Even so, the main principle in the wingchun punch is to hit and resist attacks simultaneously. The blow done in the wingchun is a straight punch with the distance between the fist and the target of the attack (opponent) as close as possible. The blow done in wingchun is usually done with the elbow position down and the right punch in the middle of the body. When launched, the force of the punch does not come from the arm but from the shoulder because that body must relax. Like most other internal kung fu, wingchun also uses the principle of strength throughout the body in its movement.

In traditional wingchun, kicks are performed below the waist. This is a characteristic of southern Chinese kung fu. Whereas northern Chinese kung fu tends to use a lot of high kicks in competition.
