This is the standalone version of Workout Log to keep track of your training. The trainer managed version is coming soon.
Trainer Managed Version Features:
-Web Interface for trainers to manage clients.
-Trainer changes are immediately available to clients via their app.
-Clients save their workout, nutrition activity and measurements
ie(Body fat, 100m time, 1 Rep Max or create your own measurement).
-Client changes are immediately available to trainers via the Web Interface.
If you have any suggestions on how to improve the app to better suit your needs please email me. The goal is to create a free app to help manage your fitness goals. All feedback is welcome.
