Use a guided tool to address specific problems that you can't stop thinking about, or read about how to cope with "tangled thinking" overall. Worry Knot will show you statistics about your progress as you practice coping with worry, give you daily tips and tricks about managing worry, and provide customizable suggestions for ways to distract yourself from knotty problems.
