1. Consumer can register his supply related complaints

2. Link to other Apps- Links to other apps provided in the platform. For example Energy bill payment app can be opened from the proposed App.

3. Contact us- Details of contacts of DHBVN provided in the App.

4. Information about Area Shutdown- Utility Officers have option to make entry of Area shut down details from the App itself. All registered and affected consumers will be sent notification respectively.
