DHBVN Complaint Management
App enables customers of DHBVN to report supply related issues and get updates via notifications.
1. Consumer can register his supply related complaints
2. Link to other Apps- Links to other apps provided in the platform. For example Energy bill payment app can be opened from the proposed App.
3. Contact us- Details of contacts of DHBVN provided in the App.
4. Information about Area Shutdown- Utility Officers have option to make entry of Area shut down details from the App itself. All registered and affected consumers will be sent notification respectively.
