Adjustments:
1. Tweaks on Rebels interface.
2. Warships tweaks.
3. Space Trade interface updates, and commanders could buy Stellar Chest after getting all the warships now, but you will not get warships.
4. Barracks tweaks.

1. Tweaks on New Player Guidance.
2. Some Visual Effect and Animation updates.
3. Fixed some reported bugs.
