Map My Stress helps you understand and manage your stress levels by seeing which locations make you most stressed.

By using Map My Stress, you will be able to:

- Quantify your stress level at various points in time throughout the day

- Determine the location and effects of stressors in your life

- Observe changes in your stress levels over time and in different locations

Our mission is to help you tame stress through increasing your awareness of stress levels in your life. In addition, using this app will help us further our research on better understanding some of the underlying factors of stress and ultimately help you better manage your stress levels. 

By using this app over an extended period of time, not only will you will be taking a step towards reducing your own stress levels, but you’ll also be contributing to a less stressful world for all!

This app is powered by emozia’s Emotive Recognition Technology, a novel technology from the emozia research team that attempts to predict your stress levels based on patterns in your behavior and environment.
