Deze applicatie is bedoeld voor klanten van omni hotels en omni commercial.

They can report their actions as well as feedback so that the staff can support customers quickly.

After users input username and password according to the ID customer, they will go to the welcome screens where includes the feature like: maintenance, request, feedback, action, message, notification. In each element of maintenance, request, feedback, user can choose category and area, add description and multiple photos, submit the action after all fields are full. Afterward, the action will be sent to the Admin panel where operates all systems of the app and the staff can base on this to implement next action properly.

On Action screen, user can see and edit actions submitting. This screen is pretty essential since it contains all the action of user submitted to the hotel. When an action is completed or other feedback, the notification will have a mission to notify for customer being aware of this.

The final feature is message, which user can communicate with the staff.
