Launched in 2010, the Service Hero Index has since measured over 100,000 voices covering over 300 private sector companies in many industry categories. It is the only national index which awards prizes based solely on consumer feedback collected by a neutral and independent company following best practice research standards and in partnership with the American Customer Satisfaction Index.
