WeightLiftLog PRO is a full functionality weightlifting routine training log. It allows you to create customized workout routines, including defining lifts and lift order by workout date, optional schedules by day of week or every 1-10 days/weeks, store body measurements, compute one rep max, workout timer, and includes a bar loader. All aspects of WeightliftLog are modifiable. The free version has basic training log features.
