- Timer

You can start the timer by setting the preparation time, exercise time, rest time, and number of repetitions. You can set the sound and vibration in the settings screen, and you can select various notification sounds.

- Plan

You can use it conveniently by setting your own exercise plan.

- History

After completing the exercise, the record is automatically saved, so you can check the situation for the last week, the overall situation and details by month and day, and you can write a note if necessary.

- Backup/Restore

The contents of the created plan, record, and settings can be backed up to a file and then restored.
