O FLAT Abs Challenge

To finish the challenge, all you have to do is check mark the moves after you finish them each day. You also have to drink the quantity of water cups listed each day (least). That’s it!
It begins off pretty easy on day 1 but by day 30 you will be an abs master! There are 2 things I needed to achieve here with you:
1. Need to always challenge you by increasing the reps every day. Result? You get more powerful and fitter.
2. Need to also challenge you to drink more water. Why? Since when you're got dried out, your body clutches more, and you get enlarged. So drink up to flush your body out! The glasses show the sum BEYOND what you typically drink.
