Big design change.
No more checkbox issue.
App now tracks your workout, select a workout when you first enter the app, and from then on you can use the "My Workout" page. It will remember what day you are on. When you are finished a day, or want to refer back to previous days, simply use the "Next" or "Previous" buttons. No longer have to manually uncheck checkboxes.
