ReConto provides solutions to build the customer relation, manage the workflow from contracting to execution, and build a relationship based on strong communication and continuous improvement.
We offer tools that make the process of working together easier than ever. Starting with simple tools like Chat, we help move an informal conversation into a request for proposal by their client, enabling them to upload photos and documents to support it. If the contractor is interested, they can add an estimate to get a formal approval and then send an invoice. During the process, both parties have one central hub for all the relevant information and communication tools.
Once the client and contractor agree on the work to be performed, the resident will get an alert before the contractor arrives with the names and photos of the team members coming. When they finish the job, the resident will get a report of the work done with the option to pay online and to continue interaction if needed. All of the details of the order will remain stored in the platform for future reference.
Upon completion of the job, the resident will be asked to provide feedback. The feedback and any change order agreements will be available at every stage of the interaction. These will help the contractor to continuously improve, increase satisfaction, reduce costs, and minimize churn.
The contractor will have access to simple but useful tools to plan their routes.
