About Rothy's

Rothy's was started in San Francisco by Roth Martin and Stephen Hawthornthwaite with a mission to create an alternative, versatile flat shoe for women. The company wanted to combine great fashion with low-waste and low-impact materials, which are hand-assembled for quality and durability. As a result, Rothy's introduced a line of modern, classic shoes that are lightweight and comfortable. Shipped in reusable, resealable shipping boxes, Rothy's shoes are machine-washable and made from recycled plastic using 3-D knit technology. When you are finally done with these durable shoes, they can be sent back to Rothys recycling facility, which will turn them back into raw materials to make new shoes.

Rothy's Shipping Policy

Standard shipping takes between five and nine business days. Rothy's appreciates the fact that customers need to try on shoes and provides free shipping on orders of $30 or more and free returns. Orders ship the same day when placed by 1 p.m. PST and can be tracked easily online. Expedited shipping for delivery within two or three business days costs $25, and rush shipping delivers within one to two days for $35.

Rothy's Returns Policy

Unworn shoes can be returned up to 30 days after purchase. Simply begin the process online. You can request an exchange in a different size or a full refund. Gifts can also be returned. Credits are issued within about two weeks.
