What's new:
- completely reworked user interface
- all essential features (Xray, Confrontation, Cutaway, Collision modes) of the app are now free
- all features that require internet access and increase load on our server (Heatmaps, Recent shots, HD textures) can be unlocked for any particular tank for free for 24 hours
- added support for Equipments, Provisions, Consumables, etc and displaying the difference in the stats
- data update: wot blitz 11.15, wot pc 2.1
