Fixed SD card bug in settings

- Added two-pane mode for album in landscape orientation, improvements for tablets
- Added the ability to search for information about the song on the Internet
- Added application settings page (choose path to SD card, disable notifications)
- Fixed big bug when album cover art in list staying the same after change
- Fixed crash in folder browser when user returns in folder which not exists anymore
- A lot of other improvements
