When in Android Auto and microphone is active, current track pauses, then resumes when microphone is no longer active (Driver Audio Distraction).
When in Android Auto, video tracks play as audio (Driver Visual Distraction).
When Android Auto first connects, BeyondPod no longer steals focus.
Bug preventing display of feed preview details on first episode of any list.
