Certified Express, Inc. is a refrigerated carrier company based in Neosho, MO. CEI formed in April 2003 and currently operates over 100 power units with a fleet of 53 refrigerated trailers. Our trucks and trailers are equipped with satellite tracking services to ensure real time tracking and on-time delivery. CEI primarily operates in the Regional Midwest and Southwest but is apportioned and available to operate in the 48 contiguous states.
