Colorblind Simulator Free

The major change in this release is the modification of the MGWW simulation model to support neutral gray shift for out of gamut colors to all supported RGB color spaces.

Messages were added for ProPhoto RGB files and PNG files encrypted as Display P3.

Other minor changes that do not change the features available.
