This static wallpaper app features 20 images of the last 15 years of work from Models Up Close. Run the app scroll, click on image to set as wallpaper.

V 2.0 includes menu

V 3.0 Now has a live wallpaper function, share with friends button, and also a reminder to rate our app button. The Live Wallpaper function will now cycle through the images for you. If you have a favorite image you will be able to go into the gallery and set one as background image. Your favorite images now appear automatically, the higher the setting the slower the change. I test ran on my on my Samsung SCH-M828C Android 2.2 and noticed very little on battery drain, though I do have my phone on power save when not using it.
