Great improvement :-

1 - The development becomes dynamic and real not fixed picture.
2 - Adding sheet thickness.
3 - Adding the cylinder.
4 - Export the unfolding shape at your mobile
5 - Export unfolding shape as picture (jpg) then you can print it.
6 - Export the unfolding shape as dxf file , then you can open it by any CAD program like Acad.
7 - You can use the dxf file to cut the sheet by laser machine or CNC machine.
