Bug fixes & improvements
* Fixed an issue where users see a blank screen when opening the app
* Introduced a new workflow for "custom rosters" to resolve discrepancies in accountability stats
* Fixed a bug where users could not search for teachers in the roster search screen
* Fixed a bug where the submit roster bug was sometimes hidden
* Fixed an issue where student accounted/missing/absent list screens might not populate correctly
