ESB Global

ESB is a mobile platform that works with ESB devices installed in residential and facility buildings, combining disaster communication, building security, and site management in a single application.

Track information from ESB hardware integrated into your building, view critical system statuses, and quickly communicate with site management in emergencies.

ESB strengthens communication between building residents and site management, helping to ensure faster coordination in disasters and emergencies.

## WHY ESB?

**Building monitoring with ESB devices**

View system and module statuses from ESB devices installed in your building via the application. Access important information about building infrastructure from a single point.

**Disaster and emergency notifications**

Be informed of notifications sent by building or site management in case of earthquakes, fires, floods, and other emergencies.

**Quickly Report Your Status**

Report your status to management within seconds during a disaster or emergency:

• I am safe

• I need help

• I am outside

• I am at the assembly area

This information helps site management to assess the status of building residents more quickly and coordinate accordingly.

**Monitor Building Systems**

Check the current status of systems connected to the ESB infrastructure via the application. Depending on the supported building and ESB device configuration, status information for natural gas, electricity, elevators, communication, and other systems can be viewed.

**Notification Center**

Track disaster notifications, system alerts, and important announcements sent by site management from a single screen.

**Disaster History**

View records of previously experienced disasters and emergencies. Check your response to relevant events.

**Easy Apartment Assignment with QR Code**

Show your personal QR code in the application to your site manager to have your account associated with the relevant building and apartment.

**Information Center**

Access safety guides, informational content, terms of use, and other important documents from within the application.

**Account and Notification Management**

Manage your profile information, edit your notification preferences, change your password, or delete your account from within the application.

## WHO CAN USE IT?

ESB is designed for residents living in residential buildings and facilities with ESB infrastructure, as well as authorized site/building managers.

To utilize the building features of the application, your account may need to be linked to the relevant building or apartment. If you do not yet have an assignment, you can join the system by showing your QR code in the application to your authorized manager.

## ESB DEVICES AND BUILDING SECURITY

ESB hardware is deployed in buildings to assist with security, disaster communication, and monitoring the status of various systems.

The ESB mobile application presents information obtained from the ESB infrastructure within the building through an interface that users can easily understand.

Thus, building residents and managers can access the important information they need through a single platform.

## ESB IN CASE OF DISASTER

Rapid communication is critical in emergencies.

When you receive a disaster notification, you can report your current situation to the management via ESB. This allows site management to more quickly assess which residents are safe or need assistance.

ESB was developed to support communication and coordination within the building and site.

ESB does not replace the services of AFAD, 112 Emergency Call Center, fire department, police, or other official emergency services. In an emergency, you need to contact the necessary official institutions.

## PRIVACY AND SECURITY

You can control your account and application preferences in ESB.

You can edit your notification preferences, manage your account information, and delete your account at any time from within the application.

You can access the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and related information texts from within the application.
