The platform for both mobile and blended learning of WSQ modules under the Skills Framework for Environmental Services (ES) with the ease of use in mind while creating this app would greatly benefit the majority users as they are mostly elderly personnel whom have taken up these WSQ not only to upgrade their skills and knowledge but also to fulfil the NEA mandatory requirements of these workers to be WSQ trained.
