GPS using android.location

This app shows a simple demo of how to use the base android.location package without having to use the full Google Location API. Although you will typically want to use the Location API to get improved performance, doing so can introduce a lot of additional dependencies into your project, and can prove to be particularly difficult in Eclipse projects.
